Oya Commerce is provided 'as-is'. We are not liable for any loss of profit, data, or indirect damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party interactions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
